Heart of Florida Farms, renowned for producing Grand and Reserve Champion Show Calves for over 40 years.

Located in the "Heart of Florida" the Spencers, have herd linage dating back to the 1800's. They have continued to improve the stock and consistently produce winning calves through out Florida.

For the past 20 plus years the annual club calf auction and barbeque draws a crowd of young men and women, some times second generation, who come to place bids in hopes of getting a chance at a winning show steer. These young, FFA and 4H students and their parents are never disappointed at at Heart of Florida Club Calf Sale. The well bred, groomed and halter trained steers and heifers take their place in the bidding pen to display their blend of superior genetic linage, attention to calculated feeding programs and gentle hand raising by Heart of Florida Farms.

Heart of Florida Farms has taken another leap of progress this past year by offering the purchase of select stock, both steers and heifers, through the website.

From time to time the website will feature calves that are available and ready to begin preparation for state and county fairs. These calves have, by the time they placed on the site, reached the weight of 400 to 800 pounds and are halter ready. Some are as tame as the family pet, while some have the fire and spunk of an adolescent.

The website includes several photos of each calf along with the date of birth, sire and breed. Photographs of the sires can be found here.
